Journeyland 

Journeyland is a place where children and families set their course for the Son. It's a journey with Jesus to heaven as they learn to follow His guidebook, the Bible. You’ll find a warm welcome, fun activities, and sound Bible teaching in all Children’s Ministries has to offer. Strong family involvement and opportunities to have fun and grow in faith together occur throughout the week. Our goal is to see children come to know, love and follow Jesus Christ.

SUNDAY

Sunday School:

  • Ages 3 through grade 6

  • September - May: 9:00 & 10:30 am

  • Praise & Worship for grades 1-6

  • Students see the Bible come to life through activity and stories

Children’s Church:

  • Age 3 through Kindergarten

  • Year-round, except holidays

  • Dismissed from the worship service during offering

  • Students hear an age-geared children’s sermon through story, game and activities

Beaconz Children’s Choir:

  • Grade 1 through 6

  • September - May, Sunday evenings

  • Sings in services, presents a musical at Christmas and the first weekend in May

WEDNESDAY

Kids’ Klub:

  • Age 3 through Kindergarten

  • September - May: 6:45 pm

  • Students learn fun ways to apply the Bible to life and develop friendships

  • Fees: $20/student, $60 family max.

Pioneer Girls and Boys:

  • Grades 1-4

  • September - May: 6:45 pm

  • Through fun and activity, students make friends and learn practical ways to apply the Bible to life

  • Fees: $20/student, $60 family max.

Lighthouse:

  • Grades 5-6

  • September - May: 6:45 pm

  • Youth-geared ministry w/snack bar and games also helps students study the Bible and teaches them ministry skills

  • Fees: $20/student, $60 family max.

NURSERY

  • Birth through 36 months

  • Sundays, 9:00 and 10:30 am

  • Loving, nurturing and safe care

PARENT/CHILD TRAINING

Classes are offered throughout the year on various topics for students and parents. They include:

  • Taking Communion

  • Baptism

  • Sex Ed – God’s Way

ADDITIONAL MINISTRIES

Family Fun Nights, roller-skating and tubing events, as well as student Bible studies and special summer programming take place throughout the year. Look for listings on the website.
