Prime Timers
Seniors, age 55 and above, meet monthly for special events. Contact the church office to be added to their mailing list.
Trinity's Prime Timer Committee has put together the following schedule of events. We hope you can join us and your friends are always welcome!
Events
January
- Friday, Jan. 23 - "The Miracle Worker" at the History Theater in St. Paul - The heart-warming story of Helen Keller, born blind, deaf and mute, who came to enjoy a rich life under the tutelage of Annie Sullivan. Tickets are $17 and must be paid for by January 4. Bus leaves church at 6:30.
- Saturday, Jan. 31 - Walk the Mall of America followed by breakfast at Ikea - Meet at 8:30 am at the west end entrance on 3rd level.
February
- Friday, Feb. 13 - Valentine Dinner and Drama by Jeremiah & Vanessa Gamble - Trinity's annual Valentine Dinner featuring a drama by a popular Twin Cities couple. Tickets go on sale January 18 and cost $35/couple prior to February 1.
- Sunday, Feb. 22 - Minnesota Vespers at Bloomington Covenant Church - Join other Twin Cities seniors in an hour of hymns and special music. Van will leave church at 3:45. Vespers is at 4:30. We will go out for supper following Vespers.
March
- Monday, Mar. 16 - Feed My Starving Children Service Project - A great "missions" opportunity as we package food to be shipped around the world. Van leaves church at 2:00 or meet at the FMSC Warehouse in Eagan, 2:30 to 4:30 pm. We will stop for an early supper afterward.
- Friday, Mar. 27 - Snacks and Table Games - Enjoy an evening of fellowship and table games. Bring snacks or finger food to share along with your favorite game. 7:00 to 9:00 pm in the Community Center.
April
- Friday, Apr. 17 - St. Paul Chamber Orchestra at Wooddale Church - A delightful evening of music with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra playing Haydn and Bartok. Tickets are $10 with deadline for purchase February 1. Concert is at 8:00 pm.
