Focus
The missions program at Trinity has developed a focus for three specific countries: Czech Republic, Mexico and Thailand.
Church planting, carried out through evangelism and discipleship ministry, is also a special focus.
Funding
Mission funds are raised by the congregation through Faith Commitments to support as many as 25 missionary families involved in long term ministry, two church plants in the Twin Cities area, along with other denominational and independent organizations.
Short-Term Missions
Trinity provides several opportunities each year for people to serve on short term teams. Our church has a partnership relationship with the Czech field, which results in one or two teams working with our missionaries each year. Usually these teams are involved with an English Camp outreach.
Trinity also sends construction teams to Mexico in February. We also have Trinity personnel serving full time in Thailand, and have sent special teams for training pastors and Bible college students. Each year several young adults are involved in cross-cultural ministry around the world. Trinity provides coaching for such ministry.
Trinity youth are also encouraged to be involved in short term projects in the US and neighboring countries.
