Ways to Give

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

2 Corinthians 9:6-8

Each of us is called to worship God with our entire life, including our time, talents and resources. Sharing those resources is an important way to worship the Giver of all good things. We pledge to be good stewards of your gifts, taking great care in how we manage and track the resources entrusted to us.

Automatic Bill Pay:

If you currently use online banking, you may use automatic bill pay to set up a recurring payment. Record any specific fund designations in the memo line (general, missions, building, benevolent, etc.). Contact your bank for fees. Many offer this service at no cost.

Online Giving:

Trinity offers online giving through our website as a quick, easy and secure option. You can set up a recurring or one time donation, noting specific fund designations just as you would with an offering envelope. Nominal fees are charged to Trinity for this service; it is no cost to you.

  • E-check: funds deducted from your checking account.
  • Debit or Credit card: Visa and Master Card accepted. Credit card giving is recommended only for those who pay their balance in full each month.

If you set up a recurring donation, make a note to yourself of the end date. At this time, our provider is unable to send a reminder when you come to the end of the recurrence. To begin the recurring donation again, you will need to modify the dates.

Cash and checks:

Both are processed easily. Checks can be placed directly in the offering plate or mailed to Trinity. Include any specific designations on the memo line (general, missions, building, benevolent, etc.). If you prefer using envelopes for cash or checks, they are provided in the pew racks. Boxed sets of giving envelopes are available in the office.

Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Annuities, etc:

Gifts of securities may be donated to Trinity and may also provide significant tax benefits to the donor. Please contact your tax advisor or broker concerning this type of contribution.

Regardless of which option you choose, your gifts to Trinity are tax-deductible and will appear on your annual giving statement.
